Trying to activate the LED for use as a flashlight on HTC EVO 4G. I know that this is possible because there are at least several applications on the Android Market (LED Desire Light, Tesla) that do this.
I tried using the setFlashlightEnabledone I am talking about, it works on Droid. On my Nexus One with Froyo, I used setFlashModeto set a mode FLASH_MODE_TORCHthat works fine. But I can’t understand how to get the same effect from HTC EVO 4G.
