Are these the steps I must take to finally program the iPhone?

First I went and bought: Start Developing iPhone: Exploring iPhone SDK

And he said he should know Objective-C

Then I went and bought Learn Objective-C on a Mac from Mark Dalrymple, Scott Knaster

And he said he should know C

then now I start with Learn C on Mac by Dave Mark

So, this is a long way I need to take in order to finally start creating really good iPhone apps.
