Can MSM (Merge Module) files be used in Inno-Setup?

Can I include an .msm file and execute it in Inno-Setup? If not, how to install the merge module? I need to install SOAP3 with my application and need some guidance. Should I migrate MSM to custom MSI and then run Inno MSI file? What will I use to create a clean and stupid MSI file for MSM? Thanks for any help in advance.
