Administrator auto-generation

Question

I create custom CMS sites and then go to the backend / admin side. Is there any tool for automatically creating the administrative part of my sites, for example, based on the relationships between tables or any other setting that we can set.

PHPMaker seems to pretend to what I ask, but I have not used it. Any tool for automatically creating an administrative side or PHPMaker comes to the point?
