Creating a circular NSSlide looks and behaves like in GarageBand

I am new to drawing using Cocoa, and I am making some software that will have sliders similar to those found in GarageBand:

They look beautiful and can be eliminated by moving the mouse up and down.

Can you help me configure NSSliders by subclassing them so that I can make them look and behave exactly the same as in GarageBand? Thank.


I have one image for a pen that needs to be rotated, since they should not be in 3D.
