Display default key binding in vim

I want to redirect Ctrl-], which is used to switch tags to another key binding.

These mappings work:

:map <F2> <C-]>
:map <A-1> <C-]>

But this mapping does not work:

:map <C-1> <C-]>

What could be the reason for this?

I believe the problem is that Ctrl+ is 1not a valid ASCII character. From this list

(search for "^^" or "^ @" to see the table)

you will see that there are several key bindings like Ctrl+ @ Ctrl+ ^and Ctrl+]

Ctrl + 2 Ctrl + 6, ASCII.

VIM . , ASCII, .
