Create a .Net wrapper around AdbWinApi.dll

I am trying to write a wrapper around Android AdbWinApi.dll.

I ran dumpbin in the DLL and found some entry points. The problem is that I don’t understand how to use these entry points and bind them to the ADB API.

What is a good starting point for writing this shell?
