CSS-css framework (e.g. outline) for 100% page width?

Question

I used blueprint in the past for website development, and it helped a lot.

Now I'm considering developing a new site, but this time it will be a 100% wide site (think about the google groups page). Blueprint had a liquid “plug” some time ago, but after some testing I did not find it very useful for 100% width (this is normal for 90% pages).

So, I am looking for a new infrastructure.

At the moment, elasticss is the best candidate .

Is this a good alternative? Are there any others that I should consider?
