Number of arguments to the stored procedure PLS-00306

I have a problem calling my procedure. Oracle scrams

PLS-00306 Error: Wrong number of argument types when calling a procedure.

My type declaration procedure has the same declaration as the header below. If I run it as a separate procedure, it works, when I work in the ODCI interface to create an extensible index, it issues PLS-00306.

I have no experience in PL / SQL OOP, but I think the problem arises because you are trying to call a member procedure from a static function. The participant procedure always needs the context of an object that is not in the call.
