I am sure you cannot do this on an Android device. I tested the browser a few weeks ago because I wanted to create a web application for iPhone / Android, and the scrollable div was just unusable on Android. In addition, even if it is a two-finger gesture, it will only work on later versions of Android, and not on older phones, which does not actually solve the problem, because many phones are still 1.5 and 1.6 .
