Are WPF windows a slower process than winforms?

I am new to wpf and from what I saw, it uses reflection a lot. My question may seem silly. Win forms are drawn faster than wpf windows are rendered (especially when working with a lot of data)?

No, quite the opposite. WPF usually works much better than WinForms.
