Smart Crystal Report Development

I want to create a crystal report that will correspond to a PDF file. The information in the pdf file is a combination of form fields and instructions laid out in a table format. The crystal report should exactly match the PDF file, because I will export the report to pdf later.

Is there a smart way to quickly create an rpt file? for example, converting a pdf file to an rpt file?

You better just create an rpt file from scratch - there are no utilities that I know of that can hide a PDF file in an RPT file.
