Can I submit My Loginwidow in front of the MAC login window

Question

I am trying to put my own login window in front of the standard MAC OS X login window. Essentially, I need to have a window stack / chain so that the original MAC login window appears after my custom login window. I already tried the prelogin agent, but this does not fully meet my requirement, because I want my window to start before the login MAC address was not in the MAC address input field.
