Refactoring tools for namespaces and physical design structures

When I hack, some code tends to get a lot larger than originally planned. Since this happens, I usually represent / compress / merge namespaces, move files between them, move folders, etc. Sometimes, if I don’t have a clear picture of the final result, it’s a real pain and it’s very easy to just β€œskip.” This leads to a worsening of the project when the classes belong to each other, strange namespaces, folders and wrong folders, etc. And then I usually can’t tolerate this anymore and do a lot of cleaning - which is usually not difficult, just very tiring, and I am pleased to do everything at once, so I make the code hang at the end.

So my question is: are there any tools for refactoring the namespace / physical aspects of the project?
