So, I go to "Browsing> Web Privacy Policy ..." to see where I included the HTTP file, and this is what I see ...

Hmm ... okay ... so ... there is HTTP only the URL is requested, but this happens through port 443 (" https: // blah / " is short for " http: // blah: 443 / " EDIT: no, this is not true, actually [see slugster answer / my comments below] ), therefore ...
What a deal with that !? IE 7.0.5730.13 can't be that stupid, can it?
Is there an IIS setting that needs to be configured?
