Word, download PDF using Rails

I would like to know how to load documents like word, pdf using Rails. Can I use a paper clip for it?

Yes. Paperclip can be used for any file downloads.

You can also check AttachmentFu , but Paperclip is the deFacto standard for this type of operation.
