Read Email Content

Question

Hope someone can help. What I want to do is create a small winform application in C # to read email content from pop account and automatically add key values ​​in sql. The email format is always the same for each email, for example

First Name: Last Name: Phone Number: etc ...

Emails are currently stored in the pop 3 account, but I want to reduce the need to enter information into sql manually.

Can anyone advise how I will deal with this, or could recommend some guides?
