Is it possible to enable CSS3 features for Internet Explorer users?

I use CSS 3 features such as rounded corner or shadow window. IMHO These are fantastic opportunities for people like me, without knowledge of graphics. But, I noticed, IE 7-8 does not support CSS 3.

So, I ask you: is there a way to “include” some functions, possibly with some javascript functions, to be included in my html file? Thank!

ie7-js fixes some CSS issues. I do not think that those whom you named are included, but they may be in the future.
