It’s just interesting to know that if my computer is infected with a trojan or any other virus, is it possible that my site will be infected along with what I compiled in asp.net with visual studio 2008.

Because one gentleman tells me about an infection Jquery-1.2.3.min.jsthat I downloaded from the official jQuery website.
