HTML / CSS: absolute positioning of elements inside a <fieldset>

Absolutely absolute or not?

I am trying to make an input form with nested elements, each of which contains other elements, but it does not display correctly (according to the screen rule (and with the naked eye)).

HTML is valid, and this case is "okay, it is absolute, but only relative to it containing the folder" or some?

“absolute” means absolute relative to its closest “relative parent”. A relative parent is either an element with a position: relative, or, if one does not exist, a document.
