.NET An Effective Way to Create a Word Doc - Server Side

.NET 4.0

I am looking for the easiest way to create a Word document on our server.

Limitations:

• Server side
• I do not want to set the word on the server
• Data Source - XML

I tried to create DOCX with XSLT, which is quick and easy, but the only way I could find to validate the generated document was to open it with Word and the only error I get when the document is invalid is "Error opening document. " Not very helpful.

Any ideas?
