Standalone Calendar App

Question

We are looking for a stand-alone (non-cms) calendar solution for displaying on the Internet. It can be an open or paid service.

First of all, we are looking for a way to display a calendar on the Internet in accordance with events and event names. It would be great if it was displayed in different representations, for example, by week, month, year. The presentation of the month would be the most important. We want to keep it as simple as possible. We mainly want users to view the calendar. Events do not even have to be edited on the end-user side in the same way as there is some way for us on the backend to add / delete / import events to the calendar, whether through .ics (iCal files) / desktop software / via some web interface . We know that Google Calendar exists, and there is also PHPiCalendar. Are there other alternatives?
