Twitter only loads periodically

Question

I tried a lot of jQuery twitter feed plugins and they all seem to suffer from the same problem. Nothing loads unless I update several times and then it will load once. Then I need to update a few more times before it boots again.

Are there any restrictions on the side of Twitter or is it just happening to me?

Example - This is a test site, but it is mostly ready to go, except for this problem.

The Twitter rating limits the number of calls you can make per hour, which may be why you see this problem.
