Ocamlrun.lib not found for binding

Question

Trying to create the OCaml Win32 API for OCaml 3.11.0 on Win 7, and I constantly get a message when I try to use the nmake dynamics: 'cannot open the input file "ocamlrun.lib"'. My Google skills seem to be failing - is there something I need to do to get this .lib file? It does not seem to be part of the libraries that are included with the OCaml binary distribution for Windows. Can someone give me a pointer in the right direction?

In short - you need libcamlrun.lib. Long answer - ocaml-win32 Makefile is deprecated. Here is the patch . Among other things, it fixes the indent for GNU make and removes invalid options with precompiled headers. Unfortunately, I could not contact the authors about this. BTW do not forget to edit win32.h and install
