FCKeditor in jQuery ui dialog not working

I'm having serious problems getting this to work in IE7 / 8. In FF, everything works as expected.

When a user clicks on a specific link, a pop-up window of a modal dialog is displayed. In this dialog box, there is a form containing one text field, which is replaced by an FCK instance. The form is downloaded from the server using ajax on clientide and php on the server.

There is one weird way to display the FCK editor, and that is to resize the dialog box.

Library options: jquery: 1.3.2 jquery ui: 1.7.3 FCKeditor: 2.6.1 build 19297

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I am in a pinch: - (

Try setting a small timeout for the FCK instance to ensure that the dialog is fully created before the FCK is created.
