Ready-made alternative to Microsoft Doloto (Javascript minifier / prefetcher)?

Question

As you know, Microsoft Doloto is a tool that profiles your javascript code, because it really works on the page and splits it into two files: one file will be statically included in the page footer, which contains stubs for all functions and loads the actual implementations (in file 2) in the background (assuming that only very lite javascript is required to load the page so that you can delay loading the rest).

I found that Doloto would not be ready for production, meanwhile afaik was canceled. Is there a working alternative?
