.tex files not found when placed in a folder declared in TEXINPUTS

I have a set of documents based on the LaTeX template. Each document has its own folder, as shown below:

docs-folder
 |-doc #1
 |-doc #2
 ...
 |-doc #n
 |-texmf
   |-tex
   |-bibtex
   |-fonts
   |-docs
   |-misc
     |-logo.jpg
     |-acronyms.tex

I wrote a pattern independently for each document (from # 1 to #n), it loads the files logo.jpgand acronyms.texusing \includegraphics{logo.jpg}and \input{acronyms.tex}.

The path. \ Docs-folder \ texmf is set as the root of the project in MikTeX, and the local texmf tree is recognized properly, excluding the folder misc.

Thus, the path is ..\docs-folder\texmf\miscset as the value of the TEXINPUTS environment variable (for Windows). This is done in order to avoid unwanted replication of the two files.

, , acronyms.tex , logo.jpg PDFLaTeX.

, acronyms.tex .
