How to host editions of SQL Server 2008 R2 Express Advanced and with tools in Visual Studio 2008 as ClickOnce prerequisites

As I said in the topic: I would like to add the SQL Server 2008 R2 Express editions as necessary to install the installation for ClickOnce for my application in Visual Studio 2008. I can create package.xml and product.xml similar to those from SQL Server 2008 Express bootloader, which I took from vs2010, but I do not have a public key for SQLEXPRWT_x86_ENU.exe. Does anyone know how to find this public key ???
