How to make tomcat act as a proxy server?

Can I use Apache Tomcat to act like a proxy? I know that there are other methods to create a proxy server [using HTTP / Socks-5, using the Google App Engine, blah blah]

The answer may be simple, no. or if you can create a proxy server using Tomcat, please let us know.

No, as far as I know, tomcat cannot be configured as a proxy server. With programming, of course, anything is possible.
