AES / Rijndael Test Vectors: what is the fill mode?

So, I looked at these test vectors for the well-known answer test for AES / Rijndael (with a 128-bit block) in CBC, and I wonder: what additions do they use? PKCS7?

The Zip archive you are referencing contains a file with a name katmct.pdfthat describes how the tests are calculated. No gasket; for each test, the data already has the 128-bit length expected by the algorithm.
