Cannot debug using Visual Studios in a Silverlight project

When I try to start a Silverlight project in Visual Studios 2008, I get this error all of a sudden:

Unable to start debugging. Silverlight debugging package is not installed.

The answer was that I installed SilverLight 4 when I was knocking on the Internet, and he needed to install it again using the veritor of the Silverlight_Developer.exe developer . I believe this is kinda good, spirit, but maybe it will save someone still from pain.
