Question

I am using the fancyhdr package and I am wondering if I can resize the page number. I need a size of 14 pt, but the size of the car is about 10.

The package fancyhdrprovides a macro \fancyfoot{}. This can be used to change the page numbering formatting. So:

\fancyfoot[EO]{\large \thepage}

gotta do the trick. The page number will be displayed in the size of 14.4pt. You can play with selectors, i.e. [EO].

What is wrong as the documentation shows?

\fancyfoot{}
\fancyfoot[RO, LE] {\Huge \thepage}

works great for me.
