How can I load a WPF window (xaml) inside other WPF windows in a panel?

Is it possible?

I used the Frame control and: show (ex: showwindow.xaml)

But I get this error:

The root element is not valid for navigation.

make sure you can navigate (show) the window using:

YourFrame.Navigate (YourWindow);

However, I do not like this multi-window approach; it’s better to create some user controls to segment your application.
