How well does Visual Web Developer 2010 Express PHP support?

Microsoft's Visual Web Developer 2010 does not support PHP.

A quick google brings up http://www.jcxsoftware.com/vs.php ... but I haven't seen / tested it before, so I can't say it will work. Please note that for this you need to lay out 100 bucks.
