Is there any readable Tao.FFMPEG?

Question

So, FFmpeg is a grate lib, and there are some wrappers in C #. Tao is one of my choices. But how to use it

0) In the general case

1) with direct HTTP streams

2) with FLV format

There is Tao.FFmpeg help that comes with the TAO installl, but that just isn't for me - I don't get much from there. So I need some rich and clear blog posts or books on how to use tao for all three of my needs (described above)
