How can I share usercontrols / functionality between sites?

We have two asp.net sites (based on episerver).
Use of controls Telerik Asp.net.
We have some features that we want to have on both sites.
Now one of the sites uses webparts / usercontrols, and the other uses usercontrols.

Is there a way to share functionality between these sites?
I would like to be able to share custom controls between sites.
