AES-XTS implementation in C #

Question

Is there any AES-XTS implementation written in C # available on the Internet? Bouncy Castle disappointed me :( I took the source codes of TrueCrypt and FreeOTFE, but they are written in C, which is very difficult for me to understand ... Anyone?
