Developer Collaboration Using Google Wave

I hope I do not repeat the previously asked question.

In any case, Google Wave is nice and brilliant and sounds like a lot of people (at least in Google I / O :) used it in a convenient (!) Way. I've been beta testing Google Wave for a long time, but can't figure out how to improve our workflow using it. We have a medium-sized development team that spreads around the US and Europe, and, of course, most of the communication takes place via IM, Skype and email, of course. So, what are the specific things that can be uploaded to Google Wave to improve collaboration on jumps (which means more than just replacing IM with a nicer IM)?

I don’t think that Google Wave will ever replace the “communication” tools, so you won’t be able to unload IM / Skype / email (and the imho Google wave ping function seems to suck).

For this, it is important to jointly and simultaneously edit content in a chaotic initial phase, whether it be documentation, emails, press releases or anything else. Then, when the documents are stable, it makes it easier for me to manage them as Google documents, which can still be versions, but in a more mature environment.

We are working on a desktop application that uses email to help teams succeed in projects. The application is an email in the channels, like chats, and adds information related to the project to track all owners and requests.

It is in beta, but check it out, maybe it’s suitable for your team: http://yoxel.com/personal-commitment-manager.html
