Bunches in java?

Question

symfony 2.0 and django have packages that contain everything for the function (html, css, js, img, php / python).

therefore, if you want to remove a single function, you just simply delete this package and cancel it from "main".

Is there any java framework for this? or it is different from java because java is a compilation language.
