AesManaged and RijndaelManaged

I am currently developing a Silverlight application that connects to an old web service. Our old web service uses an encryption tool that does not support Silverlight. Finally, we decided to use AesManaged for encryption, but our web service does not support AesManaged. Their way to decrypt AesManaged to RijndaelManaged?

If so, can you send a sample fragment? Your feedback is very necessary.
