Database Web Administration and PostgreSQL Browsing

Question

Do you know any free or unattractive web database administration and viewer for PostgreSQL? Something like phpMyAdmin for MySQL and better than phpPgAdmin. For MySQL, I found Chive that looks promising. I am looking for something similar for PostgreSQL.
