Xcode Organizer Screen Capture Problem

I am currently running Xcode 3.2.2 on Snow Leopard. Opening Organizer> Screenshots, I see a list of screenshots that I took before. But when I click the Capture button, nothing happens. I do not see pop-up messages or any errors on the Console tab. I also tried restoring iPod Touch (2nd Gene), but that didn't help. Any thoughts?

Sounds like a problem with Xcode, not iPod touch. I think updating the iPod touch firmware (to iOS 4) and then updating the Xcode and iPhone SDK (3.2.3) to the latest version should solve the problem. It could be a concert of compatibility between your iPod and Xcode.
