Looking for good material to take a unit testing approach

This is what I know, I have to remember in my coding projects, but due to lack of knowledge and my legendary laziness, I do not.

In fact, when I make them, I feel overwhelmed, and I finally give up.

What I'm looking for - a good book / tutorial on how to really write good tests - is useful and covers a wide range of code.
