Setting up Emacs for rail development in Ubuntu?

Question

I am an experienced .net developer and use VS.net all the time. Now I would like to learn Ruby on Rails using Emacs. Since I'm pretty new to Linux, it would be great if someone showed me a step-by-step tutorial on setting up emacs for RoR development.
