Failed to create object receiver object from assembly / FileNotFound

When deploying solutions and activating functions, I have to deal with the on / off problem when the system cannot find and load the FeatureReceiver class. Basically this exception from the file was not found (although the assembly is in the GAC). I checked the network and this seems to be a common problem when DLLs with solutions (wsp) should be GACed. (But no one has a clue or solution!) What is the recommendation and recommendations for resolving this problem? We set the reset IIS flag in the definition of my solution, but this does not seem to help. This problem is more common in multi-M farms.

Firstly, you do not need to give iisreset, since your wsp deployment would already do that.

Can you check if the assembly name, version, public token specified in the feature.xml file matches the actual assembly deployed in gac? I think there is a mismatch in the build signature
