Find and replace table and field names in Access?

Question

I was provided with a rather large, old and tough Access 2000/2003 database for cleaning. I need to rename several tables and fields, but I need to do this so as not to violate existing queries. (Fortunately, macros, forms, or reports do not have to worry.)

I heard that there are some commercial tools that facilitate this work, but only one ( http://www.rickworld.com/products.html ).

Can anyone recommend this software or any alternatives?
