I need a general database system for the accounting system, are there any sites that provide this?

I think it would be difficult to find something out of the box (this is quite difficult, starting with the main question: which tax legislation of the country are you targeting), but you can see http://www.databaseanswers.org/data_models/ , search at least inspiration;)
