I am looking for access to an online real estate database (e.g. tax information and sales history for a specific address, lot size, square feet, BPO, etc.).
Companies such as RealQuest offer reports as a subscription service, but I am looking to download raw data, preferably in XML format (I do not want to analyze the output, as the presentation may change without warning).
Are there any such services?
I know that Trulia launches the api option, however I do not think that you will have control over the presentation.

They offer tax, valuation and official records as XML-based web services.
