Does Silverlight 4 support wshttpbinding?

Now that there is no stable release, can anyone confirm if SL4 supports wsHttpBinding? as well as any feedback on netTcpBinding?

No, this is not so - right now it supports basicHttpBinding(as before) and netTcpBinding(new in SL4).
