Z-index issues with IE6 and html <select> elements

Question

I have <div>one that opens in the hquery hover event (the mapping goes from hiddento block).

Sometimes it opens over some elements of the form. And of course, it works great in all browsers except IE6. <select>boxes expire as if the z index was higher than the tag <div>. I tried to set a tag <div>with a higher z-index, but IE6 is still ignored.

I hope to implement any fix - jquery or css, in fact, I do not care.

Any ideas?
